In a Twitter tweet, congressional candidate Christy Smith accused incumbent Congressman Mike Garcia of claiming that fully staffing the IRS is somehow nefarious. She doesn't quote him. She doesn't link to him making such a statement. She instead links to a Politico article that doesn't even mention him.
Pretty lame. Pretty desperate.
