The Debate That Never Was

It appears that Mike Garcia and Christy Smith will not face each other in an open debate, but the Antelope Valley College’s Voter and Civic Engagement Committee will interview the two 27th Congressional District candidates separately.  

Smith's interview will be on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at 3:00 PM. Garcia's will be Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at 3:00 PM. Each candidate will have an hour to go through their talking points and to take a few carefully selected questions.
