Christy Smith: Force Women's Bathrooms to Admit Men

Christy Smith, a candidate from Santa Clarita, running to represent Palmdale in Congress, announced her support for the Equality Act, H.R.5 - 117th Congress (2021-2022), and she promotes the proposed legislation on her campaign website. However, Christy doesn't bother to tell area voters what the bill would do. It's almost like she doesn't want us to know. 

The Equality Act prohibits a man from being denied access to a shared facility, including women's bathrooms, locker rooms, and dressing room, if he makes a gender identity claim. Not only that, the bill would enable the Department of Justice to drive enforcement of the planned law in federal court. If the proposal, already passed by the House, makes it through the Senate and gets signed by President Biden, Palmdale public schools would be forced to allow males into girls' bathrooms, showers, and locker rooms. 

Christy has decided to put radical Woke ideology over the safety and welfare of our school children.
