Mike Garcia stands alone

Earlier this month our sort of local Congressman Mike Garcia (Santa Clarita) introduced a bill in the House of Representatives called the Restoring Workers’ Rights Act. It proposes federal limitations on employers' ability to subject their employees to non-compete agreements as a condition of employment. 

So far, Garcia has not gained even a single cosponsor.
