After voting against the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (H.R. 5376), Mike Garcia defended his vote by announcing that "the country needs immediate inflation relief." Garcia, who votes for additional deficit spending to support things like foreign proxy wars and "diversity" initiatives, offered no explanation of what "immediate inflation relief" would consist of.
