A self-serving speech

In a speech given today at the Reagan Library, Congressman Mike Garcia stated, "The real threats to our nation are the Chinese Communist Party, Russia, terrorists, socialism, our debt, incompetent and self-serving politicians, and those seeking to marginalize our Constitution."

Mike Garcia has a history of voting for increased debt and marginalizing the Constitution.
